Since the season 4 finale of FBI never aired, it isn’t exactly clear where the series will pick up for its season 5 return. One thing that is definite is that Special Agent Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym) will return, but not in the initial episodes. Her maternity leave doesn’t end until September, so look to see her begin airing in November.
That said, the series will deal with her return, how it affects her partner Special Agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan (Zeeko Zaki) and the rest of the team, and we may also see the return of a big bad from season 4. Stay tuned. But as for the first episode back, we will reveal more on that closer to the premiere date on CBS.
